The average density is .30 and the forage acre factor is .01. Erosion on the area consists of slight wind erosion and slight sheet erosion with occasional gullies. The slope gradient is 5 percent. Micro-relief consists of slight removal and accumulation to 6 inches high. The soil is fairly young and sandy type, developed on recent Bolsom fan deposits.
